Prices and Services The approximate prices of the accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (websites, brochures, etc.) However, for the customer, the price stated in the voucher ). For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices, their distribution in the voucher is binding. The landlord is authorized to change the agreed terms of stay in cases that can not affect (eg force majeure). 2. Cancellation of Customer's Residence Customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires written electronic form (e-mail with delivery) to info@hoteldiama.cz. The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period. Cancellation fee: Cancellations can be canceled free of charge within 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price. For individual groups, individual cancellation fees may apply. The landlord will not charge the above mentioned cancellation fees if he was unable to take out the booked services for the following reasons: family death, hospitalization of a customer or family member, serious illness, call order, natural disaster. The above mentioned facts must be submitted by the customer to the accommodation provider by written document no later than 3 days after their creation. 3. Validity These business and cancellation terms are an integral part of the order of the accommodation and the voucher.
