1. Rates and Services: All the accommodation rates and prices of other services are listed in presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, leaflets, etc.). The only relevant and binding price is the one stated in the accommodation voucher. The enforceability of contractually agreed rates and services is conditioned by their listing in the voucher. The accommodation provider can alter the agreed conditions in such situations which he/she cannot affect (e.g. force majeure). He/she can also decline a reservation made by a guest who has violated the provider’s rules and regulations in the past. Reservations with non-refundable rate can be charged any time after the reservation is accepted by the accommodation provider. Standard rate reservations require credit card guarantee. Jacob Brno reserves the right to pre-authorize once supplied credit card for the funds equal to the overall price of the ordered accommodation up to 14 days prior to a guest’s arrival. The pre-authorization fund is only held, not charged. A security deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival if your reservation is made for an apartment. In local currency, this amount equals to approximately 2500 CZK. This deposit will be fully refunded after there is provided there is no damage done to the accommodation. 2. Cancellation by the customer: Reservations can be cancelled any time prior to arrival. Such cancellations require a written notice to info@jacobbrno.cz. The date and time of receiving such e-mail is used to determine the precise time of cancellation and relevant cancellation fee. Bookings made via reservation portals (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia.com) require cancellation via respective reservation portal. 3. Cancellation policy: If cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival (until 3 PM ), no cancellation fee will be required. If cancelled later than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, 100 % of the total price will be charged. This cancellation policy does not apply for reservations with non-refundable rate. Different cancellation policy may be arranged for long-term or group reservations (6-person or more), including the possibility of asking for a non-refundable prepayment and/or refundable security deposit paid upon arrival. No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancelling due to a grave unexpected occurrence (death in the family, hospitalization, natural disasters). Any customer needs to substantiate such occurrence in writing, no longer than 3 days after the supposed occurrence. 4. Validity: These terms and conditions are integral to any reservations made and any vouchers sent. Certain conditions do not apply to reservations with non–refundable rate.
