Prices and services Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price shown in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. .For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure). 2. Cancellation of stay by the customer The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of stay requires written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address krumlov@romantick.cz. The date and time of sending the email are decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above facts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence at the latest. 3. Validity These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND SENDING COMMERCIAL MESSAGES. The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.b. The buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data: first and last name, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address and telephone number (collectively referred to as "personal data").c. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller, for the purpose of realizing the rights and obligations from the purchase contract and for the purpose of sending information and business communications to the seller.d. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.e. The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data. The buyer declares that he has been informed that he can revoke his consent to the processing of personal data in relation to the seller by written notice delivered to the seller's address.f. In the event that the buyer believes that the seller or the processor is processing his personal data, which is contrary to the protection of the private and personal life of the buyer or contrary to the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, may:- ask the seller or processor for an explanation,- demand that the seller or the processor remove the condition thus created. In particular, this may involve the blocking, correction, addition or disposal of personal data. If the buyer's request according to the previous sentence is found to be justified, the seller or processor will remove the defective condition immediately. If the seller or processor does not comply with the request, the buyer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly. This provision does not affect the buyer's right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly.g. If the buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged to provide him with this information. The seller has the right to request a reasonable payment not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information for the provision of information according to the previous sentence.h. The buyer agrees to send information related to the seller's goods, services or business to the buyer's e-mail address and also agrees to the seller's sending commercial messages to the buyer's e-mail address.
